We follow strict workflow to ensure every step from design to delivery meets the highest standards
Clarify customer requirements for product style, fabric, function, etc., and start developing samples.
Submit quotation, along with fabric and accessory cards, style confirmation, and fitting sample confirmation. Modify if not qualified until confirmation.
Purchase required fabrics and accessories, produce pre-production samples and conduct quality inspection. Modify if not qualified. After confirmation, formulate bulk production process sheets and size grading.
Mass production, hold regular pre-production meetings, conduct initial inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure product quality meets standards.
Arrange shipping, prepare customs declaration documents and clearance documents. After goods are shipped, proceed with payment collection as per contract agreement.
